History
Boulevard Veterinary opened its first practice in Logan Square 2015. Founder Dr. Dylan Frederickson was looking to open a full-service general practice after years in the ER world and decided what better place to develop relationships with clients than his own beloved neighborhood at the time. Beginning with only four team members, the practice has grown over the years to now service over 10,000 patients. Our Logan Square home is near and dear to our hearts as the first community to welcome us with open arms. Boulevard Veterinary Logan Square proudly remains completely independently owned, allowing us to prioritize our patients, clients and team members.
