Bio

Dr. Anjie Willbright is from Maryland, but has been living in Chicago since 2022. She knew she wanted to be a veterinarian at a young age when her aunt suggested it to her at just 11 years old after noticing her love of animals. Dr. Willbright says her favorite thing about being a veterinarian is the hands-on aspects of surgery, but in particular she mostly loves it when she’s able to make a significant positive impact on the quality of an animal’s life. In her free time, she loves going to concerts and festivals. She enjoys being active whenever she can which includes dancing, roller skating, volleyball, tennis, and pickleball. In the colder months, she likes to bake and is known to  share plenty of baked goods with everyone!
