We are delighted to share that BLVD Vet is growing into a family of 3 locations with the opening of Boulevard Veterinary Ravenswood on September 28th 2020!
Boulevard Veterinary Ravenswood will be a full service veterinary practice, offering wellness, medical, surgical and dental care.

“We are pleased to say that Boulevard Veterinary is a local, independent, Veterinarian-owned practice. I along with my wife Kelly and our young son have been proud Ravenswood residents since 2018. We love the family-friendly and pet-friendly essence of this beautiful neighborhood and thought it would be a great place to open a modern and vibrant veterinary clinic that practices the highest level of veterinary care and customer service,” says owner and founder Dr. Dylan Frederickson.
Dr. Dylan founded our first practice, Boulevard Veterinary Logan Square, in 2015. Two and half years after that, we opened Boulevard Veterinary River North. Together, these practices serve over 10,000 clients in Chicago. We believe our growth has been sustained by a commitment to medical excellence, caring deeply about our team, investing in well-designed veterinary clinics and finally dedication to our community. We are now embarking on the opening of our third practice Boulevard Veterinary Ravenswood where we are dedicated to providing the attention and care BLVD is known for. Our opening team will be led by BLVD veterans to maintain continuity and quality. We proudly remain completely independently owned, allowing us to prioritize our patients, clients and team.

We are so grateful for the Gold Standard Veterinary Care that our team provides to Chicago’s pets. We want to extend sincere appreciation to our neighbors in Logan Square and River North for supporting us over the years and allowing us this growth. We also want to thank our incredible BLVD Team for supporting our ability to provide care to another Chicago neighborhood.
We are excited to bring a new business to Ravenswood and join the other amazing businesses who bring vibrancy to this little stretch of Damen. We look forward to seeing you this fall!
