Puppy and Kitten Care

Our tailored puppy and kitten care is not only a chance for us to set your pet up with their first core vaccines, but to establish a good relationship with them so they learn that coming to the vet isn’t such a scary thing! We use Fear-Free handling techniques to ensure your new addition has a comforting experience while they are with us. They can expect lots of healthy treats and positive reinforcement at their first visit! We begin seeing puppies and kittens at 8 weeks of age. From there, they come every 2-4 weeks until they are about 4 months (16 weeks) old. Each visit, your pet gets a full physical, updates on their heartworm and flea & tick preventative and their necessary vaccinations.
