Bio
Dr. Silberman is an Illinois native, growing up in a suburb of Chicago. She received her DVM from St. George’s University and completed her clinical year at the University of Minnesota, where she also earned her undergraduate degree. Dr. Silberman knew she wanted to be a veterinarian from a very young age. Having grown up with collies of her own, she volunteered at the local animal shelter from 10 years of age on and had her own neighborhood dog walking business. She continued to give back during her time at St. George’s University through its community outreach programs, which helped owned and stray animals on the island of Grenada. It is her goal to continue her passion for community outreach to help as many furry friends as possible. When Dr. Silberman isn’t at BLVD, she enjoys spending time with her collie Maizey and exploring all that Chicago has to offer.
