Dog Days of Summer

This past weekend, BLVD spent some time in the sun at the annual summer West Bucktown Block Party. There was pizza, popcorn, art activities, a bounce house, homemade Italian Ice, hot dogs, and YES, dogs! We enjoyed our time engaging with those in the community, whose acts of care and selflessness was inspiring as they came together for one common goal to engage, celebrate, and enjoy the beautiful Saturday afternoon. We thank the West Bucktown Neighborhood Association for inviting us and giving us the space to set up a spot for the dogs to cool down and enjoy some treats!

Join BLVD and our friends at Whirlpool for happy hour in River North to not only engage with adoptable, adorable puppies from ALIVE Rescue, but to also interactively learn about safe ingredients and recipes for homemade pet treats!
